AU/NZ Head Office of Global Intimate Apparel giant - manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer. I joined in January 2005 in Customer Service and was promoted to this role.I support the Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, Retail Sales Manager and a team of Regional Sales Managers and in-store retail consultants (Brastylists). It's my job to make sure that anything to do with departmental communication and administration runs like clockwork, including point of sale/promotional material, samples, training schools, timesheets and expenses, cooperative advertising registers, sales conferences, catalogues, price lists, mailing lists...I could go on....I produce the departmental reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), including analysis of seasonal sell-in information and promotions. I work closely with the product development and marketing departments to ensure that samples, seasonal sell-in material and information is produced on time and correctly for the field sales teams. ★Achievements★ ★I developed a sell-in spreadsheet for our sales reps which had all the information related to their samples on the one sheet. The reps loved it! The information was clearer, more up-to-date, and it saved them time sifting through lots of paperwork.★I developed and implemented a Birthday Register for our Sales Department and Major Key Accounts. I send a photo card of our team, which helps provide a personal touch and some extra special contact with HQ for regional reps.★The training manual for our new 'Phocas' Sales Tool was my baby - and I also took ownership of training for sales staff.★Working my magic on the sales conference to ensure smooth running of all the small details, so that the Sales Manager could work on the bigger picture themes.
