HomeWorks is a free, after-school residential model that brings the boarding school experience to public high school girls in marginalized communities around the world in a cost-efficient and scalable way. Our innovative approach provides the benefits of boarding schools (stability and structure, academic rigor and support, wrap around support, global learning and exposure) while staying in their local public school system. We are building a community of young women who are equipped with the tools and confidence to achieve economic freedom and become leaders that will create systematic change in their communities and beyond.

1 of 13 founders to be selected to join the Camelback Fellowship 2022 Cohort. This fellowship program supports entrepreneurs of color and women leading innovative social impact ventures. These 13 innovators are tackling pressing issues across the United States including equitable access to healthcare, workforce development, college preparedness, police brutality and civil rights abuses.

The Coaching Fellowship selects between approximately 100 young high potential women leaders each time in the social impact sector to become our fellows. Fellows receive executive level coaching at a massively reduced rate so they may focus deeply on personal and leadership development, attaining their goals, and changing the world in the process. In addition, fellows join our network of 600+ women impact leaders around the world.

One of 30 inaugural fellows for the TRESemmé and Vital Voices Leadership Incubator, a year-long signature program to provide women in the United States with training, network expansion, mentorship and community to bring their bold vision for change to life. Together, they aim to champion passionate women leaders who look to create a positive social impact in their communities and beyond, daring to achieve their ambitions despite the barriers they may face.

Year round program, level of play ranges from beginners to competitive play

Division 1 team, held the #1 spot in the national rankings in January 2018 and finished #3 in national rankings at the end of the season. As a walk-on, I train an average of 18 hours of a week.

Recruited at the inception of the program to be the Residential Coordinator, I was part of the team to help develop the pilot program with CFO of Lawrenceville & Executive Director of ESF. Throughout the year, I assisted with the coordination staff structure, schedule, intern program and provided feedback for the future development of the program. In the summer of 2015 and 2016, I supervised 8 Residential Assistants, oversaw ~160 students, organized residential activities/ field trips and performed administrative tasks.
