In 2006 Natalie Dawley launched Two Be Wed, a wedding consulting and event design firm in Houston, Texas. Within a year her team tripled in size and to date has trained and staffed over two dozen wedding planners and has executed hundreds of weddings. Two Be Wed has been voted Top Wedding Planner in Texas by Brides.com; recognized nationally and internationally for their luxury weddings as well as featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, Carats & Cake, GWS, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Good Morning America.Natalie is well respected in the hospitality industry and has been presented many opportunities to consult with other aspiring planners, entrepreneurs, and venue owner-operators.Her extensive experience in planning and event management makes her the ideal consultant and resource for investors entering into the events space. However, with “wed” in the name and in their DNA, she was unsure how to promote the company without confusion. In 2017, she decided to use the nickname “TBW” to promote social, corporate, and creative events. In 2020, despite the pandemic and economic downturn, Natalie officially launched a spinoff of Two Be Wed called TBWCreatives with business partner, Ashley Blake.
