Give me the opportunity to identify the "right best fit" service or solution. I use my voice to advocate for those in need and to speak for those who cannot. I believe in sharing information with others. I love to teach!I surround myself by people who want to see me grow, ultimately making me better, smarter! I actively seek to pour into and build up others! I find my joy in seeing others succeed and experience happiness - Clients, Colleagues, and Staff! My Experience: I am a seasoned executive with a passion for serving others. Throughout my 24+ years in the health and human services industry, I have worked with children and their families, partnering with local and state level government agencies and community organizations, to meet critical mental and behavioral health needs. I pride myself in being a mental health concierge, helping families and agencies navigate the system to find the most appropriate service. When gaps in the continuum are identified, I have responded by creating new services and programs. I use my voice and position to bring macro level change by advocating on the local, state, and federal level, serving on committees, task forces, planning groups, and boards. I believe in pouring into others by offering training both internally and to the community at large. I am one of the lucky ones. I LOVE my job because it meets my personal mission: To Change the World - One Person, One Family, and One Community at a time. What I want for our children and families:- To be happy and live their best lives. - For every child to be surrounded by adults who think they are the sun and the moon. -For every child to grow up in a home where they feel safe, loved, and cherished.Relationships are the oxygen of human development. We thrive on connection. While work is important to me, I try to live my life in this order of importance:1. God2. Me3. My Husband4. Family5. Friends 6.
