Key Responsibilities - social media management, blog and content development, customer services and marketing on and offline. My role involved doing a little bit of everything at Help Training Courses HQ, including customer service work, inhouse marketing and sales. On a day to day basis, I focused on engaging with customers, clients and potential customers via social media, and producing marketing material - everything from website static content to monthly newsletters and our blog.Working within an online business, I was responsible for our social media marketing, including Facebook and Twitter campaigns.I worked alongside clients to help them effectively market their training courses online, both on the Help Training Courses site, and elsewhere. Before leaving the company, I developed my customer service skills to create bespoke marketing packages for potential clients.

My role at Amber Arch involved assessing customer service experiences, preparing client reports, and liaising with stores to develop customer and shopper service programmes. I also prepared video mystery shops, and edited material to be sent to clients. I assisted with updating marketing plans to better utilise social networking to promote the business to current and potential clients and shoppers. I frequently traveled within the UK for assignments, working individually and as part of a team and enjoyed the role.

During my final year of University, I worked as a Newcastle Style Guru for International fashion blogging website, College Fashionista. My role was to submit posts to a deadline every week, each including a short write up of a trend, photos of students around campus, and links to similar clothes available online. This was a great challenge, but I loved the pressure. My Style Guru role involved constantly keeping up to date with the latest fashions and trends, understanding branding and the connotations of brand values and considering the transition of styles from runway to high street.
