Duties and responsibilities included:• Provide information and advice to employers and graduates about the range of services provided by the business.• Client account creation and account query resolution.• Checking job information submitted to site for suitability and compliance with relevant legislation and, where appropriate, provision of advice on advert production.• Selecting and inputting job information from clients with bespoke accounts.• Monitoring and tracking client journey to obtain outcome and feedback data, and identify opportunities to promote further services.• Operate the CV Matching service, providing suitable candidate details to meet client’s requirements.• Participate in activity to promote the business's services to both employers and graduates.• Work closely with the business development team, in order to share information and best practice.• Work with colleagues and university careers services to provide an integrated approach to client relationship management.

Duties & responsibilities included:• Advertising internal & external vacancies across the organisation• Screening CV’s/applications• Assessing potential managerial & non-managerial candidates (ie.telephone interviews, 1:1 interviews, assessment centres)• Organising recruitment days/assessment centres• Providing candidates with constructive feedback, offers & regrets

Duties & responsibilities included:• Overseeing stock levels and making key decisions relating to the constant demands of stock control• Managing and motivating the team (up to 36 team members)• Recruiting and selecting the best candidates• Analysing sales figures and forecasting to ensure maximisation of sales and profits• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met• Responding to customer complaints and comments• Promoting the organisation locally by liaising with the local community• Managing performance and development of employees
