About Natalie Frick
Natalie Frick is a Self-Starter, Innovative, Communicative, Team Player, and Entrepreneur looking to continue to build a strong career in yoga and physical therapy. She hopes to gain more experience and tools in her tool box to better help her clients and patients in the future. Natalie has worked in the social media marketing field for over 6 years and has even ventured out to start her own business in vegan baked goods. This opportunity created a strong awareness on how to own and operate her own business, as well as finding new innovative ways to market. In 2016 Natalie decided to follow her passion for yoga and completed her 200-hour yoga teaching certification. Soon after, she started teaching yoga full time in various studios, Howard County Public School System and Headstart Programs for children. She has lead multiple workshops in her community on mind and body and breath awareness. Natalie is certified in Mindful Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Massage and continues to expand her knowledge in therapeutic alternative medicine. In 2017 Natalie decided it was time to go back to school and follow an interest in physical therapy. She became a physical therapy tech in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. She is attended Howard Community College and became a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She hopes to one day integrate her yoga knowledge with physical therapy to help aid patients with their recovery. Natalie is very passionate about what she does and looks forward to helping people and serve her community for the better.
