Natalie Anderson is an independent consultant who has over 20 years experience in providing training and development. Natalie is certified to facilitate Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® and Development Dimensions International programming. She is a trained Predictive Index analyst and a three-time graduate of Bob Pike's Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp and Instructional Design Workshop. Most recently, Natalie completed certification for the Kolbe Index. Natalie spent the early part of her career working for Greater Louisville Inc. the metro Louisville Chamber of Commerce. Her introduction to healthcare was managing a federal grant that focused on filling the pipeline with Allied Health workers. She went on to work for Norton Healthcare managing the Education and Development department and gaining greater insight and opportunity for classroom training.In addition to her consulting work, Natalie has been adjunct faculty at Indiana University Southeast where she taught Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Natalie and her husband have three children and reside in Southern Indiana. They are active members at Northside Christian Church. She enjoys running, travel and being outdoors. She is an advocate of work-life balance and believes that training can be both fun and effective.
