Working with employers, providers and stakeholders.• Responsible for maintaining effective, collaborative and sustainable relationships with an extensive range of senior leaders and partner organisations, whilst creating opportunities for growth across a portfolio of 5,000 SMEs in a complex ecosystem.• Brand ambassador, business leader and media spokesperson on policy, regulatory and political impacts on SMEs, enabling FSB to maintain their reputation as one of the Governments Big Five business groups.• Data interrogation to create compelling narratives that are understood by broad audiences and specialists.
