- Experience with various systems used in the attractions, retail, F&B outlets and hotels in RWS.- Acted as a business analyst, coordinating with both vendors and business units to gather user requirements and conduct testing with them, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and deployment.- Conducted continuous support for ground users, helping them to resolve incidents more quickly and ensure smooth usage of systems in the parks.- Involved in the development of prototypes in the inaugural CIO Challenge for new and innovative ideas that can be used in RWS.

- Negotiated with different companies to seek sponsorship for the different events organised by the club, gaining sponsorship for over $1000 for different club activities (camps, welfare pack giveaways etc.)- Cooperated with different vendors to organise 2 bazaars during the year, initiated the second bazaar of the year, raising more than $5000 overall for the club.- Initiated the sale of the Faculty T-shirt, to introduce an identity to the students of Computing, with sale of more than 500 shirts by the end of one semester.

- Involved in the introduction of Outpatient Pharmacy Automated System (OPAS) to various institutions under National Healthcare Group (NHG), namely NUH, TTSH and Bukit Batok Polyclinic. - Cooperated with the Software Development Team as well as Pharmacies' staff for the testing of software developed for National Healthcare Group's pharmacies, ensuring the smooth continuation of the project. - Planned for the system testing independently of Software Development Team and provided them with feedback, helping them with the development of the system. - Also involved in training for business users as well as support after OPAS has gone live.

- Worked with the procurement manager and a team of 20 to ensure that purchasing orders are being processed smoothly for the different projects. - Involved in the filing, computerisation, organisation and upkeep of purchasing orders in the Procurement department. - Also involved in the editing of SAP purchasing records.
