Vice President, Executive Product Owner, Claims Journey
CurrentAs the Executive Journey Product Owner (EJPO) of the Claims Journey, I am responsible for the strategy and delivery of the Journey, and am accountable to ensure the ongoing delivery of value through executing and evolving the strategic vision, creating/maintaining product roadmaps, business cases and tracking financials. The Claim's Journey strategy includes delivering legendary customer claims experiences that are simple and easy, focusing on efficiency, productivity and financial performance and creating digital claims capabilities that exceed our customer and colleague expectations.
