• Analyzed high pressure turbine vane hardware design change for structural requirements, such as stress, strain, thermal-mechanical fatigue, low cycle fatigue life, etc. through ANSYS finite element analysis and.
• Performed a fan blade-out analysis for strength of a bracket and the surrounding diffuser case to support re-design improvement efforts
• Generated validation results for usage-based life calculations for the life-limiting locations of a commercial diffuser case for less conservative, more accurate life predictions using regression of mission time points.
