My responsibilities included taking attendance, assessing student work using a rubric, and meeting with students to answer questions and assist them in their successful completion of the course.

In this role, I supervised and evaluated the performance of 14 Student Development Officers per phoning shift and monitored statistics, and rewarded those who upgraded donor gifts and brought in new donors. I also led training sessions for new Student Development Officers and planned weekly leadership team meetings and monthly staff meetings.

Communicated with alumni via phone, processed donations and updated alumni information through the CampusCall database, with a total of $3,500 raised.
