The Institute of Fundraising is the national membership body for fundraising professionals in the UK. I was responsible for marketing training events for fundraising professionals. I planned multichannel promotion activity including direct mail, press, digital and email. I led a strategy of increased personalisation and targeting, increasing relevance of communications to IoF members and reducing costs. - Planned and executed marketing activity for training events, including direct mail, press advertising, digital and email- Led a new email strategy of increased personalisation and behaviour-driven targeting to improve relevance of emails, leading to higher open rates- Managed the design and print of all print materials for flagship annual conference with over 2,500 attendees, including advertising campaign, event programmes and venue signage- Took on additional responsibility for website content while recruitment for digital manager was taking place

The University of Leeds is one of the largest universities in the UK, with a longstanding international reputation for both teaching and research. My role in the Faculty of Biological Sciences encompassed all aspects of marketing to support the recruitment of undergraduate and postgraduate students, from the home and international markets. This included:- the design and production of marketing collateral, including printed brochures and flyers- updating the Faculty website- digital marketing campaigns including advertising and e-communications- managing a research project looking at our undergraduate website

In my role at ghd, I was part of a team of 13, conducting telephone- and internet-based market research. This required a friendly and professional manner on the telephone, as well as the ability to work proactively to meet targets. Due to a strong work ethic and effective time management, I was able to finish my part of the project ahead of schedule.

This involved utilising my French language skills in a business context, conducting telephone-based research. I maintained a high level of professionalism and accuracy throughout the project, and developed my research skills.

euroShell GmbH is a B2B company, offering fuel cards and fleet management to fleets of cars, vans, and trucks. My role in the marketing team involved the independent design and production of professional customer brochures and the self-organised preparation and production of various customer mailings and respective response handling.In addition, I was responsible for the organisation and maintenance of customer data, the production of a regular newsletter for over 150 colleagues, and the development of a presentation for major sales pitches.
