This work included strategic positioning, scoping the product, writing hundreds of user stories, determining all resourcing needs & pricing models for a 7 year development & operational period, and being the point of contact between our partner and the Edmodo office. This continued through many phases, including a presentation in Singapore to the Ministry of Education, as Edmodo was shortlisted for further rounds of consideration.
