My primary objective is to strategically develop and grow existing Mimecast partners and accurately tier and align them to the Mimecast Channel strategy.A crucial part of my role is to craft a business and marketing plan and be the custodian of the Mimecast relationship within the partner. Other Key Performance Indicators include Partner acquisition in order to grow my Portfolio of Channel Partners that suit the Mimecast Channel Strategy. Key Objectives Include: - Apply product knowledge and commercial acumen to all business units within the reseller to present a compelling partnership proposition. - Well networked and experienced at leveraging existing networks to gain introductions as needed. - Track opportunities created through to closure with the Mimecast field sales team, ultimately building upon my mandate for revenue creation and customer acquisition. - I believe I am a self-starter with superb customer relationship and value proposition presentation skills.

Comztek Holdings is a distribution company selling to a vast network of resellers and system integrators which product range is primarily focused on providing communication products and services. My responsibilities in the organisation include:- Developing the SMB segment of Comztek’s Microsoft business- Track revenue forecast and purchasing frequency of partners- Manage five regional sales executives responsible for driving sales within the Small Business space- Bi-monthly regional reviews with Exco and Vendor - Maintaining vendor relationships- Inventory management- Brand planning- Price modelling- Coordinating various activities with Marketing which include:o Drive social mediao Events and launcheso Strategic mailerso Sales Spiff Dayso ‘To Reseller” Training Boot Camps- Presenting at training sessions and partner events- Product sales training – Internal Sales Staff (Readiness)- Finalizing and tracking promotions- Assisting in the sale of assigned product
