I have 18 years of legal experience in Court of Protection work. My team specialises in the care of clients who do not have the capacity to manage their affairs on their own.I hope that I go above and beyond my legal remit and care deeply about those with whom I am representing.I am a Legal 500 ‘key lawyer’ 2023. Ramsdens' partner, Veronica Mullins, is a Court of Protection Panel Deputy. My team work closely with her and manage the affairs of hundreds of individual clients.We have one of the largest Court of Protection teams in Yorkshire and can provide you with specialist advice on financial and health and welfare matters. Including POA and Deputyship Applications, Contested Financial COP matters and COP Health and Welfare matters.We have a Legal Aid contract for COP Health and Welfare. We are recognised as a ‘Leading Firm’ by the Legal 500 and we have members of our team who are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
