During my term, I have grasped on to many roles in learning. We have engaged in many activities provided in the program. Group work was a very essential role in all programs, During group work, I took charge in creating a positive atmosphere when communicating with a diverse team, the language barrier was a challenge at times, with providing patience and understanding, we were able to complete our assignments before the deadline and achieved above-average grades. Having many transferable skills working in a fast-paced work environment, I will provide your company with leadership, problem-solving, and motivation. Helping you achieve budgets and control.
