Manage 2-5 local and regional accounts and vendors daily including: retail, multi-family, real estate development and realtorsDevelop marketing strategies and branding campaigns for all accountsCollaborate with marketing team to ensure integrated social media executionOnline media campaign strategy, design, implementation, and maintenanceCreate and implement social media strategies across all social mediums including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and blogsWebsite concepts, designs, content and implementation including experience in WordPress CMSManage content aggregation and publishing for blog, social media and email campaignsDaily management of all client’s social media engagement, editorial calendars and ad campaignsAnalyze social and web analytics through various monitoring platforms includingFacebook insights, Twitter Ads, HootSuit and Google AnalyticsProvide insight into performance of social media posting and adjust content strategy in order to continuously improve social contentContrive, organize and manage soft programming eventsPlan and manage video and photo shoots including post productionConduct market research and competitive analysisManage the creation of various print collateral materials including concept, design, content, bidding and executionCollaborate with builders in order to distribute weekly sales and traffic reports to the client
