The project condensed the overall open office plan from 47 workstations, 3 conference/teaming rooms, and 38 single occupancy offices to 71workstations, 5 conference/teaming rooms, 9 focus rooms, and 27 single occupancy offices. Project team was a 2018 HHS Gears of Government winner. Worked with OSSAM/OD leadership and effectively managed a budget of approximately $115K for new task seating, guest seating, ancillary waste receptacles, and marker boards for the entire facility as well as upgrade the fourth floor conference room furniture in a tight ten day project deadline for Roybal Campus.

Successfully manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept through completion. Work closely with end users to determine their requirements, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and budget requirements. Coordinate interior and architecture firms, contractors, and vendors to meet all project requirements. Create and conduct finish, furniture, art, and signage presentations. Manage all operational, financial, quote and procurement functions associated with projects. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:Prepare, maintain, and complete annual facility enhancement projects with budgets ranging from $400K to $1 Million.Provide interiors management for $15K to $1.8 Million dollar projects under extremely tight deadlines and budget constraints.Updated and maintained finish, furniture, art, and signage standards program for multiple facilities.Effectively prepare annual capital project budgets ranging from $5K to $1 Million. Successfully managed complex and multi-phased projects that required asbestos removal in occupied areas.Managed playground renovation design that was featured in several magazines and online articles. Provided a broad range of creative support services for architects and interior designers of a small firm designing spaces for healthcare and corporate clients throughout the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.
