The project condensed the overall open office plan from 47 workstations, 3 conference/teaming rooms, and 38 single occupancy offices to 71workstations, 5 conference/teaming rooms, 9 focus rooms, and 27 single occupancy offices. Project team was a 2018 HHS Gears of Government winner. Worked with OSSAM/OD leadership and effectively managed a budget of approximately $115K for new task seating, guest seating, ancillary waste receptacles, and marker boards for the entire facility as well as upgrade the fourth floor conference room furniture in a tight ten day project deadline for Roybal Campus.
