As a project manager, systems thinker, social scientist, facilitator, and experienced senior leader I adapt my tools and experience to suit the opportunity, big or small, simple or complex. I have worked with large corporations, start-ups, small and medium sized businesses, government, and non-profit groups. I’ve held senior leadership roles, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and have worked in organizations from the ground up – rolling up my sleeves wherever needed. From operational improvements to systems transformation, I apply a human-centred approach to my work for sustained impact and change. By centering people in solution design, including individuals, stakeholders, and communities affected by change, we can imagine new paths and overcome obstacles.
