These efforts were accomplished shortly after rebuilding countless reports & dashboards for multiple user groups to enhance end-user & operator system efficiencies and having led Topgolf’s iCIMS Offer Management implementation that resulted in a much-improved recruiter, hiring manager, and new hire experience.Led six (6) simultaneous pilots & programs in partnership with my fellow TA leader to address US critical hourly hiring challenges including five iCIMS Text 2 Apply sequences/Digital Assistant (Text LETSPLAY to 97211 to apply in 2 minutes), the Career Site build, a new venue hourly onboarding program, a centralized interview scheduler program, a referral and sign-on bonus program, and a new sourcing platform.
