Identified sites that fit zoning, view and physical characteristic requirements that were suitable for the company objectives, and presented to the division president. Built a custom mapping model to identify properties along a recently up-zoned urban neighborhood. Zoning research, ownership, current use, and acreage among other characteristics were analyzed. Also attended consistent project update meetings for the communities being built in the San Diego office's team where I became knowledgeable on the build-out process.
