As a Strategic Sourcing Manager on the Global Supplier Diversity Team, I actively contributed to enterprise-wide efforts that doubled annual spend with diverse-owned businesses leading to the 2022 Billion Dollar Roundtable Induction and industry recognition.Other responsibilities include:✔ Influencing key decision makers through cross-functional partnerships by driving conversations with business stakeholders and promoting the importance of supplier diversity. ✔ Establishing a supplier diversity strategy framework scaling across 6 categories (Enterprise Engineering, Corporate Support Services, Research, Facilities Operations, Culinary & Construction) within the global sourcing organization.✔ Championing internal efforts to expand Tier 2 spend strategies behind data collection significantly elevating diverse suppliers and positioning them for direct engagements.
