We lead discussions on business development within those accounts from forecasting , strategy, marketing campaign ideas and product needs. As part of the Arcelik Group Defy is one of the biggest and oldest brands within their stable boasting a 43% market share in 2018. Being market leaders , I am constantly having to evolve and adapt to aggressive competition and new entries into this industry.
