Induction Coordinator
CurrentWorking collaboratively with the Learning & Development Manager and the People & Culture team, I play a pivotal role in the new team member experience, owning responsibility for planning and implementing specialised induction programs for all new team members across the business. As one of the main point of contacts for the Sales Administration team, I deliver a structured and consistent Administration Induction program from start to finish and provide ongoing support and learning opportunities.Main duties include but are not limited to;· Develop, schedule and facilitate specialised induction programs for all new starters to the whole Marshall White group according to their role and responsibilities· Sales administration training/induction from start to finish. Including staying up to date with new skills, initiatives and processes required to perform the sales administration role· Evaluate new admin team member performance and report to the People & Operations team of competency, and when appropriate, recommended best team fit · Manage administrative duties relating to our learning management system – AbsorbThe key performance indicators of my current position are: · Consistent high level of initiative and anticipation· Excellent ability to build rapport quickly with new team members· Highly organised, able to prioritise and excellent attention to detail · Drive Marshall White’s administration best practise implementation · Strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
