Diversion program manager for young adults in Jefferson County under the leadership of District Attorney Danny Carr. Through Reset, young adults charged with low-level felonies avoid the court system and potential convictions by participating in restorative justice programming in a group setting. Reset helps to bring timely and meaningful justice to victims of crime through the Reset process.As the Reset Coordinator, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to develop a comprehensive program and have guided nearly 100 young adults through their unique journeys. Collaborating closely with judges, law enforcement, and community leaders, I assist participants in navigating the process of having their cases sealed or obtaining an expungement to avoid the collateral consequences associated with felony arrests.In addition to direct support, I collect and analyze data to assess our program's effectiveness, ensuring we continually improve our approach. I'm also involved in a multi-year mixed methods study alongside a team of researchers, which allows us to delve deeper into the impact of our efforts. I regularly review legislative changes related to diversion and low-level offending in Alabama and conduct policy analyses to effectively address program needs. It’s rewarding to contribute to such meaningful work that creates real change in our community.

I assisted in federal grant reporting, data collection, and data analysis at a major reentry organization for more than 500 program participants. I also assisted in connecting returning citizens with wrap-around services and obtaining high-quality, permanent employment. I analyzed and interpreted data for more than 500 individual records to identify trends, maximize program efficacy, and effectively communicated progress through weekly organization-wide reporting.

At AEIVA, I managed the administration of the museum and assisted in financial management and grants research. I oversaw all internal and external events and developed public programs, artist and artwork educational information, and gallery content. I also planned weekly engaging content for social media channels and the museum's website.

Oversaw membership customer service process including processing of memberships and mail acknowledgements for more than 1,500 households. I wrote copy for member preview invitations, monthly membership emails, promotional materials, and events published online. I also planned and implemented an annual membership drive through direct mail, social media, and email campaigns.
