Hi, I'm Natalie! I started my career in talent acquisition at a boutique IT staffing agency where I was responsible for business development, account management and recruitment. 2 years later I was offered the amazing opportunity to join the PepsiCo Talent Acquisition team, where I transitioned from agency into corporate recruiting. My experience includes full life cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, people leadership, candidate courting, talent intelligence, data analysis, relationship building, process improvement, project management and compliance assurance. I've had the opportunity to partner with many different parts of the PepsiCo organization, starting with field and advancing to corporate, where I've focused on a multitude of functions including sales, marketing (brand & shopper), insights (consumer & shopper), procurement, human resources (general hr, talent acquisition, talent management, hr operations) supply chain, consumer relations, communications, legal, security, real estate and more. There's never a dull moment in this profession! I love the art of recruiting and how it's constantly evolving, always keeping me on my toes!
