I have over 15 years of experience working in legal business operations management. I am now the Director of Legal Management for the Southern Poverty Law Center. Formerly I worked as the State Bar of Georgia’s Director of Law Practice Management assisting Bar members and legal professionals in firms of all sizes and types. I have worked with legal professionals in solo and small firm practice, mid-sized and large firm in-house legal departments, non-profit organizations, Fortune 500 companies and even bar associations to improve efficiency in their workflow; develop financial models to increase revenue; create policies and procedures manuals; implement and train on technology solutions; and develop action plans to address office management, human resources, financial management, facilities management, marketing, legal technology, ethics, and professionalism issues.
