Techincal account management. I was resposible for ensuring the client's print specification was adhered to, managing the print from order to delivery. This could entail multiple processes, sites and delivery points. Massively customer services orientated, with techinical knowledge a must!

Customer servies for one of the UK's largest printers. Controlling the orders for all of the Print Management clients. From order to delivery, over multi processes and sites. Handling production for print in excess of £1million.

Account management and customer services for a large print finishing site. Handling multi finishing orders for some of the countries largest printers. Vast knowledge of each process was a must to ensure the end product was correct and delivered on time.
