Natalie is currently a Senior Associate (Grade 2) with PwC's Operate, specialising in Change Managed Services. She is an experienced Project Manager, with a background in the public sector and private investment; she is therefore well-versed in working in complex contractual environments and sensitive settings. Natalie has a history of successfully delivering project management and PMO services within these sectors, and has successfully established, managed, and evolved PMO processes such as governance, planning, resourcing, processes, and reporting.Her confident and flexible approach to problem-solving, along with her excellent organisational skills and eye for detail provide her with a strong platform to successfully deliver a range of PMO services.Natalie holds a First Class Honours degree from the University of York, and a Masters in Literature from Cardiff University - outside of work, she loves books and reading, with a particular love of eco, gothic, and feminist literature.
