Key Responsibilities:• Send and chase temporary contractor paperwork• Chase client paperwork from consultants• Check and monitor visas• Processing of Temp Placements• Chase timesheets and invoices• Produce and send out weekly margins• Check PSA’s for any temp requirements• Legal and legislative issues• Organise Temp of the Month• Process Temporary contractor’s payroll• Temp Invoicing• Produce weekly statistics• Other Administrative/ PA tasks as directed

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare documentation using appropriate templates• Check and maintain global advertising material and publications• Cross-checking technical documentation• Printing and collating documents• File maintenance• Assist with file preparation for submissions to the FDA• Maintain a global Treatment Site approval system• Entering customers and sites into the SAP system• Liaise with government embassies and consulates• Drafting correspondence• Work within, and ensure adherence to Quality System procedures, work instructions and other Quality System requirements.• Other RA tasks as directed
