With over 15 years in education and professional development, I established Natalie Schock LLC, where I'm dedicated to making learning better for workers. My core competencies in L&D strategy, leadership support, and data underpin my mission to make work work for everyone. My recent role as a fellow at the Marsico Institute allowed me to develop and facilitate a training program for over 150 educators, directly leading more than 250 hours of virtual sessions. This experience honed my ability to translate complex concepts for various user groups, a skill that now drives the success of Natalie Schock LLC. My other service line is program evaluation for social service nonprofits. I used mixed methods methodologies--which I studied under world-class experts at Johns Hopkins University--to generate evaluations that go beyond numbers to tell you how, why, and what to do about it.
