I provide Insurance companies with my estimates and report my finding on damages caused to our client’s premises, either building or fixtures inside their home. This includes water damages, malicious damages, accidental damages, theft and fire. I await authorization through the relevant Insurance companies. I oversee the service, quality and workmanship carried out to our clients. I keep our clients informed on the progress, providing our clients with professional service and no room for assumptions. I also assist our clients to lodge a claim through there Insurers. When I assess our client’s premises, I first check their policy schedule to see if they have a valid claim and if this is covered under their policy wording or if the claim falls within the excess. Preventing unnecessary calls to the Insurance companies. This assist in speeding up the process to get the client back to the position they where in prior to the incident.
