Natalie trained at English National Opera on the Baylis Programme and the Preparatory Opera Course at the Royal Academy of Music, London. Highly commended in the Isabel Jay Operatic Prize at RAM, Natalie was also finalist in Towyn Roberts Operatic Prize on Channel 4 Wales.Awarded the Young Artist Grange Park Opera Scholarship 2012 covering the roles of Olga in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin and Polina in The Queen of Spades, Natalie returned last year to play Sister Claire in Les Dialogues des Carmelites and to cover Madelon in Fortunio. As well as being extra chorus for Opera North and Scottish Opera, Natalie also played the role of Vittoria in The Gondoliers for G&S Company 2012 at Buxton Opera House. Natalie has completed four seasons with Wexford Festival Opera - Miranda 'The Golden Ticket' 2010, Suitor La Cour de Celimene 2011, 2nd Spirit Die Zauberflote 2012 and Young Outreach Artist 2013. Roles at RAM and ENO Baylis include Mercedes, Dorabella, Suzuki, Didon, Olga, Romeo, Annio, Hansel and Leonora when training with Opera School Wales under David Syrus (ROH). On the concert platform Natalie has given recitals at music festivals including ‘Point’ with Griff Rhys Jones featured on BBC Wales, the Dylan Thomas Festival, Swansea Festival of Music and Flowers, St.David’s Cathedral Artswave Festival, Dinas Powys Festival and the Machynlleth International Music Festival. Working extensively as a guest artist on the concert platform around the United Kingdom and Ireland, Natalie's early performances were with some of the famous Welsh Male Voice Choirs, including the Dunvant, Morriston and Treorchy.Plans for 2014 include Turandot with Scottish Opera and Orfeo ed Euridice and Otello with the Buxton Festival Opera. In October Natalie returns to sing with the Morlais Male Voice Choir in their Annual Concert 2014.
