Working at SolidCAM for the past 14 years, but my journey with SolidCAM started when I was 4 years old. All my childhood memories are related somehow to the CAM world. I witnessed SolidCAM evolving from a one-bedroom office at my house to the most advanced CAM software in the world. I was lucky to be part of this exciting journey, and witnessing my dad building it, taking so many decisions every day, leading this company to great success. Although SolidCAM was always in my life, it was not my natural choice to become a part of it, I thought back than when I was growing up that this field is far away from me. Until I joined the company, first as a partial job as a student, till I graduate and “figured out” what I want to do with my life! And then it hit me, the CAM world is related to every aspect of my life, it’s in the car I’m driving, the airplane I’m Flying with, my Phone, and so on and so on. We are in the manufacturing business, and manufacturing is related to almost everything we do! I started off with direct sales, visiting all kinds of machine shops, from big to small, and was fascinated to watch these CNC machines cut parts with the help of our software!Then after having my first child, I shifted my position from working with our customers to working with our Worldwide valued resellers, which later turned out to be my own journey at SolidCAM. I loved it! Building these relationships with our resellers, understanding their needs, listening to what they have to say, and helping them take their SolidCAM business forward. At that point it was clear, SolidCAM and my work with our resellers had become the passion in my life! After 5 years of managing channel sales, I went on to my next challenge, as VP sales. SolidCAM today is the best-integrated CAM in the world, it’s the only CAM with the unmatched, patented iMachining solution, and also supports all Milling and Turning functionality, with powerful support for advanced Mill-Turn machines, including Swiss-Type.With so many exciting things coming our way, such as SolidFlow, SolidCNC, and Solid cloud – SolidCAM is evolving from a CAM software to a complete manufacturing platform! And I’m excited and proud to be a part of it – YES WE CAM!
