Designed and lead Psycho-Educational group sessions of 10 adolescents aged 12-18, incorporating activities aimed at facilitating group cohesion, interpersonal learning, and distress tolerance.Listened and documented psychiatric encounters, working alongside psychiatrists and psychotherapists during these procedures to accurately scribe sessions.Performed administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance, administering daily self-inventory tests, monitoring vitals, contacting parents as necessary, and ensuring the efficient operation of the North Wing.

Led a team of psychology majors to organize impactful major-wide events that facilitated resource accessibility, an opportunity to learn outside of the classroom, and strengthen relationships to cultivate a vibrant community among over 800 undergraduate students. Act as a liaison between faculty and undergraduate students to improve the undergraduate psychology department, disseminating information to students and detecting areas of improvement for faculty. Organized a trip to the MPA 2024 conference, allowing 20 undergraduate students to attend with no cost. Presented in front of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences to secure funding.

Assisted research efforts examining verbal and non-verbal behaviors emitted by eyewitness-participants during lineup procedures to forecast accurate and inaccurate decisions when identifying or rejecting culprit-presence in a lineup.Analyzed over 500 videos eyewitness-participants, coding 16 specific behaviors following in-depth coding protocols. Collaborated with fellow researchers to assess behaviors and address discrepancies in coding. Developed proficiency in conducting in-person and virtual experiments, scheduling and managing SONA sign-ups, error-checking Qualtrics studies, developing stimuli for future studies, and collecting and analyzing data to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in eyewitness lineup procedures. Presented two conference posters, one being my Honors Thesis titled, "Using Eyewitness Descriptions of Perpetrators to Forecast Lineup Identifications."

Presented to a classroom of 30 students, demonstrating excellent public speaking skills and interpersonal relationships. Leveraged platforms like Canvas for effective communication, resource sharing, and assignment grading. Assisted in course registration and career planning to foster student success.Demystified the field of psychology, served as a resource for students, and advised students facing academic challenges.

Assist, donate funds, and participate in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s event to raise awareness towards Alzheimer’s research.

Voted by the women of Sigma Kappa to serve on the Executive Council to promote academic merit, provide scholastic support and resources to women struggling academically, and see to maintain a sufficient chapter GPA. Acted as a trusted and confidential peer, creating specific plans of action tailored to each women’s academic needs.

Responsible for educating and promoting health and wellness to upwards of 100 women by presenting information and resources at weekly meetings, attending Risk Symposiums, and implementing incentives to encourage motivation to sustain physical and mental health.
