I am a solicitor with over eight year's experience advising and supporting a variety of different sectors, including education, engineering, healthcare and charities. I work closely with and build up strong relationships with my clients and pride myself on being friendly and approachable, which helps me to become an extension of my client’s internal HR department. I advise my clients on various different issues including redundancies, restructures, capability issues, effective management of sickness absence and disciplinary matters. Outside of work I am busy being a mummy to my baby girls and when I get spare time, you will most likely find me at the gym or meeting the girls for a coffee and a catch up.
