I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist currently working in private practice. I specialise in working with working professionals who have experienced trauma or have difficulties with anxiety, perfectionism, imposter experience and low self-esteem. The main approaches I use include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and EMDR.My expertise also extends to workplace wellbeing where I facilitate workshops and training for teams.
