Lead a group of 12-15 campers ages 4-6 during summer camp for 10 weeks. This position requires great communication skills, a knowledge of different methods for resolving conflict, an ability to work with kids of all types and backgrounds, leadership and responsibility for the care of children. This position was a challenge each and every day as the circumstances were constantly changing, which required extreme adaptability. Ensured that forms were completed and adhered to both company and state regulations for injury reports, field trips, communication logs, child to staff ratios, etc.
