SmartBrief is a leading B2B digital publisher providing curated, industry-news to 6MM+ readers across 14+ industry verticals. As a Media Sales Associate, I work on the front lines of the business to gain new advertising clients and provide strategic marketing & audience recommendations based on the prospects' goals/KPIs. Using thoughtful research, outreach copy, and strategy, I manage a wide range of inbound and outbound marketing opportunities.

I had the privilege of being accepted into my alma mater's Washington Fellowship Program in Washington, DC. There I had the fantastic opportunity to work in the Membership Marketing Department of the American Psychological Association. I contributed marketing analytics, social media, and graphic design skills to assist in membership renewal and engagement campaigns. I worked on a range of time-sensitive projects from multiple managers that included event planning for the APA Annual Convention, reviewing engagement analytics, competitor research, writing compelling copy, and providing marketing campaign support.

As the graphic design coordinator, I created content for social media campaigns using print, digital, and video channels. Participated in ENACTUS, an entrepreneurial program focused on community impact projects. I supported the marketing team to start an on-campus business by providing graphic design support, business pitches and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Managed the company's official Facebook page, e-newsletters, and product merchandise. Created content for social media output and developed marketing campaigns for reaching new customers and building client database. Developed product photography images to market merchandise and organized strategic sales campaigns. Wrote engaging newsletters for email marketing campaigns.

I volunteered my time to work as a photojournalist for the Liberty Champion Newspaper. I followed weekly assignments where I took series photos in line with the newspapers' editorial standards and story content needs.

I worked as an Editorial Staff Member & Graphic Designer for the Liberty Honors Journal. I formatted students' submitted written work in Adobe InDesign for publishing.
