As an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT), I collaborate with 10 native Japanese educators to teach English among 85 primary school students. To support the development of students' English-speaking abilities, I prepare interactive activities and tailored documents for students to practice word pronunciation, writing, listening, and reading comprehension.Additionally, I create curated visual boards to introduce American culture, history, and vocabulary on a biweekly basis to enable students to develop a deeper interest in cultural exchange.
