Contribute to outreach, development, and fundraising initiatives to expand foundation awareness, donor base, and donor engagement

• Coordinate planning of the annual fundraiser with the Executive Director and planning committee• Pivoted and delivered a virtual fundraising event in 3 weeks after cancellation of 2020 in-person event; exceeded donation expectations

• Advise, train, and assist VP Technology and BOD with the public website, CRM system, and membership communications• Streamlined and improved the online account set-up process to enforce the collection of required data to increase data integrity and reduce back-end corrections

• Spearheaded the redesign of WSL’s website to create a modern, responsive, user-friendly design; led discussions with the designer and developer; created new and enhanced website content to showcase the WSL’s mission, events, and community engagement; launched August 2019• Gained self-taught skills in NeonCRM, Wordpress, and other applications necessary to fulfill the VP Technology responsibilities• Guided technology chairs and committee members in their roles; responsible for the WSL website and member communications
