As a dedicated leader in the Benefits and Wellness Program, I successfully managed a team of five professionals, overseeing a multifaceted department responsible for diverse functions. Management Analyst responsible for the district-wide wellness program, which includes monitoring program participation, ensuring performance measures are carried out, and developing and implementing communication plans and activities on schedule. Also the main support for the benefits function, including performing new hire orientations/exit meetings, supporting annual open enrollment processes, providing back up coverage for COBRA and leave of absence administration, and supporting the unit's customer service/benefits hotline.
