In this customer-facing role, I handled the daily operations of the store, including receiving and maintaining stock levels and merchandise, ensuring timely deliveries of our books to stockists, providing good customer service and good product knowledge. In 2017, the bookstore was also the official festival bookstore for Singapore Writers Festival; between October - November, I aided in setting up and tearing down the store as well as interacting and recommending products to a large international audience.

As a station associate, I worked closely with editors and the publisher on the publication of SingPoWriMo: The Anthology 2015 and 2016, putting together the manuscript of the book while sieving through over a thousand potential entries submitted on a Facebook through the month of April, identifying the entries with publication potential on behalf of the editors. The role also involved going through social media analytics and moderating conflict amongst participants. I managed the crowdfunding sponsorship and ensured that donors received their In 2017 I worked to obtain sponsors for daily participants in the same event. In 2016, I was the project manager for Sing Lit Station's public art project, Singapore Poetry on the Sidewalk (SPOTS), managing a team and handling the logistics of inscribing rain-activated excerpts of local poetry around the Esplanade and The Arts House.

As a professional debate and public speaking coach, I taught my students international relations, social issues, history, philosophy, as well as research and communication strategies. I have also taught in workshops in China and participated as both a judge and debater in countries throughout the Asia Pacific, including Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and South Korea, and am used to working with a diverse team. I am the only coach in Singapore to have led my students to win Division I Singapore Secondary Schools Debating Championship twice, with Anglo-Chinese School (Independent ) in 2013 and Nanyang Girls School in 2017.
