I am a dedicated academic that is committed to developing research and practice that results in human flourishing, particularly in the case of equity, diversity, and inclusion. The avenues by which these values are upheld is through writing, data analysis, and an emphasis in international development. My areas of academic interest include the rights of women and children, mass incarceration and the industrial prison complex, as well as pharmaceutical crime.I have years of experience in coordination regarding institutions, educational facilities, and non-profits. I have also been privileged to work in the medical arena as an administrator as well. I have worked in both administrative and academic roles, serving as a PhD research coordinator and editor for manuscripts. I have led many administrative campaigns at my former university, John Brown University, as well as for non-profits dealing with migrant sex-trafficking, housing for addiction afflicted persons, and fundraising for foreign medical supplies distribution. I have advanced work in the area of coordination, as I have served multiple PhDs in their works developing curriculum and academic material. I am used to processing several dozen requests for timetables and data analysis simultaneously, and have no problem with multi-tasking, bouncing from person to person offering advice, warmth, and information. I have also done work in creating different volunteer or employee task-tracking based on qualitative research performed by myself over the course of an academic year, as well years of experience in the HR field. I have experience and training in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, showing my findings at conferences such as the National Conference for Undergraduate Research, Midwest Political Science Association, and the National CCCU Honors Conference. I have also practiced data analysis and a have recently completed a course in Zotero. I have completed two undergraduate theses in the areas of non-profit development, gender equality, and international relations, as well as an honors capstone and am comfortable with data compilation and distillation in various forms. I hold degrees in Political Science, International Studies, and will be completing the module section of my postgraduate in human rights law shortly.
