I work to provide quality engineering solutions to customers as a contractor for the U.S. Federal Government. At MIL, I am the lead 3D printing engineer, and work to provide prototypes and production parts to MIL's Rapid Engineering and Prototyping Sector (REPS). I utilize Autodesk Inventor and Fusion360 to provide 3D visualizations and renders of designs for customers, to prototype designs, and to perform design FEA (including structural and thermal analysis). I provide technical guidance to a variety of projects, which has allowed me to gain experience in a variety of fields.

I critiqued student resumes and cover letters on a walk-in basis. I also advised students on internship/job search techniques using Careers4Engineers, a UMD based job search application.

I was an undergraduate teaching fellow for "Technology and Consequences: Engineering, Ethics, and Humanity", or ENEE200. I worked directly with faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland to help create course material and lead student discussions. The class involved concepts such as designing for cultural competency and inclusive design; students discussed ethical implications of certain engineering systems or designs.

During the summer of 2020, I returned to AMEWAS to work in the Aircraft Prototype Systems Division. I designed and redesigned multiple cable connection panels using the sheet metal function in PTC Creo. I performed check-fits for these panels and other instrumentation on multiple parts of aircraft. While completing these designs, I also reconfigured the division's main office to follow social distancing guidelines and to promote efficient workflow and communication.

During the summer of 2019, I completed an internship with American Electronics Warfare Associates (AMEWAS). I worked to create a highly detailed three-dimensional visualization tool using Qt Creator and Open Graphics Language that implements entity type and location data. I came back to AMEWAS again in January 2020 to further my internship experience. During this portion of the internship, I focused on utilizing web APIs and web scraping to obtain large amounts of data, which then was analyzed in Python and R.

During the Summer of 2017, I completed an internship in the Human Integration and Performance Division at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. I analyzed data from studies implemented in the department lab through Microsoft Excel. I also compiled two literature reviews regarding control of a cursor through the use of eye tracking technology and on the protective capabilities of the maintainer cranial.
