After USAA, Natalie spent 5 years as a Community Bank Market President in Seguin, Texas. She is passionate about providing strategic solutions through solid data and analytical techniques and she accredits her business success to an authentic and engaged leadership style that has positioned her employees to use their talents wisely and collaboratively.
