I developed a better sense of self-direction, time management, and realized the importance of asking meaningful questions.-Iterative Design Process: My design process consisted of: interviewing stakeholders about their goals and frustrations, synthesizing what I learned into personas and scenarios, whiteboarding to explore interaction design options, sketching paper-prototypes, and using Balsamiq to create wireframes and mockups. At each step I discussed my progress with my team and manager to gather feedback.-Design Decision Rationale: One of the challenges I faced was balancing all of the feedback I received. Frequent input from others helped me iterate on ideas, but it also created an environment where I was constantly weighing several options. Through this challenge, I improved my ability to make my own decisions while backing them up with design rationale.
