My journey started in South Africa where I was born and raised. Very soon after completing school I left home and spent over 15 years living and working abroad in countries such as Israel, UK and Egypt. I gained widespread operations, marketing and management experience in over 19 years in multi-disciplinary roles in the hospitality, IT, financial services and film industry. My core business operations competencies cover administration, logistics, inventory and procurement management, digital marketing, relationship management and key account management. I have a passion for digital marketing and discovering ways of growing brands. I freelance as an admin and marketing professional and am excited to share my knowledge and experience in this field, especially in the wellness market.After 6 years of working in a corporate environment, fulfilling roles in project management, marketing, operations and general management, I decided to heed the call and follow my true passion of wellness and healing. I journeyed to India in 2018 and completed my first of many yoga teacher trainings. This training has opened up the door to self healing and the desire to take this work onward. I have completed my Reiki masters, my Pneumanity™️ Advances Breathwork practitioners course, 300hr yoga therapy, numerous Yin yoga teacher trainings and many more courses based on wellness, movement and breath. I am currently writing my first yoga teacher training course and am part of the Breathwork Africa training team facilitating the Pneumanity™️ Breathwork foundation course worldwide. My mission is to teach authentic yoga, transformational breath and inspired teachings to all those that attend my trainings, retreats and classes. In essence... I hold space for people to slow down, let go, and come home to themselves, through breath, movement and inspiring inspiration.
